Sagepay Payment Gateway is a simple payment gateway that BookingLive integrate with. 

If you're new to Sagepay, you will need to Apply for an Account with them: - please see this article for what to do after you have applied and got an account with Sagepay.

If you're an existing customer with Sagepay, BookingLive will need your Vendor Name. This is usually the name you use to log into Sagepay

As our customer, using our Enterprise Product, you will need to whitelist the IP address on which the Booking System is held. 

Sagepay is one of the payment gateways that use an additional layer of security. This means that this payment gateway requires an IP address to be white listed so that there can be communication between the system and the payment gateway. You will need to whitelist some IP addresses which you will receive from our support team. 

To whitelist the following IP addresses, please follow the instructions below:

  • Log in to SagePay
  • Go to Settings → Valid IPs
  • Click the Add button
  • Enter the IP address
  • Enter subnet mask
  • Optionally enter a description
  • Click the Save button
  • Repeat process for IP address: (with the same subnet mask)
