From the Finances page of your admin system, you can Set up your payment gateway and configure alternative payment methods. Choose from one of the many payment gateways Booking Live supports.

How to Setup a Payment Gateway

A payment gateway is a service that allows you to accept credit card payments securely online. Payment gateways are external, which means that your customer must leave your booking system to complete payment and are then returned to the booking system upon completion.

  1. From your admin system, click Settings, then click Finances
  2. On the Finances page you can add one or many payment options including manual payments (e.g. BACS, Cash)

How to Setup Accounting Codes

Accounting codes allow you to assign specific TAX codes and rates on products. This is useful for financial reporting, integration with third party financial software and is also sent to payment gateways.

  1. From your admin system, click Settings, then click Finances
  2. On the Finances page, click Accounting Codes Tab
  3. Click Add Accounting Code
  4. Complete the on screen information and click Save
  5. Go to your products and assign an accounting code to each product
