The BookingLive system offers the flexibility for parents to utilise Childcare Vouchers as a payment option for specific products directly on the Billing Page. This feature is designed to streamline transactions for childcare-related services, ensuring that parents can conveniently manage payments and access the services they require for their children.
Activating Childcare Vouchers
To activate and utilise this system effectively, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Finances > Childcare Vouchers in BookingLive admin.
- Once there, locate and click the "Enable Child Care Vouchers" checkbox situated at the top of the page.
- Click "Save" to confirm the changes.

Selecting CCV payable products
It is important to note that Childcare Vouchers can only be applied to certain types of products in accordance with Government guidelines. This means that you have the authority to specify which products can be purchased with Childcare Vouchers, as well as those that cannot.
Once you have activated the Childcare Voucher system, it will be necessary to individually go into each Product that you wish to make available for purchase using Childcare Vouchers. For each of these Products, please ensure to check the "Payable By Child Care Voucher" checkbox.
