The BookingLive system is able to allow parents to pay for specific products with Childcare Vouchers, on the Billing Page.


Activating Childcare Vouchers

To activate and use this system, please follow these steps:


  1. Go to Settings > Finances > Childcare Vouchers
  2. Click the "Enable Child Care Vouchers" checkbox at the top of the page.

Selecting CCV payable products

Childcare vouchers can only be used on certain types of products, based on Government guidelines. As such, you have the option to say which products can and cannot be paid for which Childcare Vouchers.

After activating the CCV system, you will then need to go into each Product that you want to allow parents to pay for with Childcare Vouchers, and check the "Payable By Child Care Voucher" checkbox.
