To disable an Admin User, go to:
- Settings
- Users
Or: site.bookinglive.com/admin/users/Member
In this section, you can search for Users by clicking on the Search icon to show the Filters:
When you have found the User who you wish to disable, scroll to the bottom of the User's profile, and remove all Security Groups from their account:
Click Save to apply these changes.
Then scroll back up to the top of the page, and click on Actions, then choose "Disable Account". This will complete the process of disabling a users access to BookingLive.
