To create an organisation, you will need to create two main things: The Organisation, and it's associate Roles.

Adding an Organisation


To add a new Organisation, follow these steps:

  1. Go to: Settings > Organisations
    1. /admin/organisation/
  2. Click "Add Organisation"


Within this section, you will need to complete the following mandatory fields:

  • Organisation Name
  • Type (Company / Registered Charity / Community Group / School)


Once you have filled out these details, click "Save" or "Save and close".



Adding an Organisation


To add a new Organisation, follow these steps:

  1. Go to: Settings > Organisations > Organisation Role
    1. /admin/organisation/OrganisationRole
  2. Click "Add Organisation Role"



Within this section, you will need to complete the following mandatory fields:

  • Role Name



Linking Roles to Organisations


Once you have saved the Role, you will then be able to link it to any Organisations and Members who will be using this Role.


To link a Role to an Organisation, follow these steps:

  1. Go to: Settings > Organisations > (Choose the Organisation) > Organisation Roles
  2. Find the Role by using the search field in the top-right.
  3. Click "Link Existing"
