Once an order has been placed the system will automatically start recording progress on each booking. This will begin from the point they began their journey, to when they made their first payment and follow the journey with amendments, add-ons by the admin and even payments made either through the My Account or Admin Payment.
The user may then scroll in and out to see a full comprehensive view from start of booking all the way to when the event will take place and beyond should any actions e.g. refunds be nessessary
