Follow these steps to set up the content for the terms and conditions of your Products displayed during the booking process. Please note before completing this process you'll need to have set up a page to host your terms and conditions, either as an external page, .pdf upload or one you've set up in our Page Editor.


  1. From the Admin Menu click Settings > Products > Product Pre-Requisites
  2. Click +Add Prerequisite
  3. Input a Name for your own reference.
  4. Complete the Website Prerequisite Text box with the following example wording including your link.

  5. Or if you want to link to Terms and Conditions in the Booking Pages set up in BookingLive, more on that below.

  6. Tick Default if you wish to use these Terms and Conditions for all your products.


Follow these steps to set up different terms and conditions for multiple products.


  1. Complete the above steps.
  2. From the Admin Menu click Settings > Products > Product Pre-Requisites.
  3. Click the existing Terms and Conditions you have set up you want to assign to a specific product(s).
  4. From the top bar click Product.
  5. Search Find Products by Name, Class Name box at the top right of the page for the product(s) that uses this set of Terms and Conditions.
  6. Click the product then click Link Existing.
  7. You'll now see all the products these Terms and Conditions apply to in the Product list on this page.


Follow these steps to edit your default Terms and Conditions.


  1. From the Admin Menu click Settings > Booking Pages > Presentation.
  2. Scroll down till you locate the Terms and Conditions content box, this is where your default terms and conditions are located if you've never changed them since your site set up.
  3. Make the required changes and click Save.
  4. To link to this page in the Prerequisite set up above use the following code, again this should be set up already during your initial set up.
