If you have an important message or notification you'd like to display to your customers during the booking process you may want to set up a Customer Notification similar to below.

From your Admin menu complete the following steps to add a Customer Notification to display at the top of the booking journey pages.

  1. Click Settings > Booking Pages > Customer Notifications
  2. Click + Add Customer Notification
  3. Enter the notification wording in the Message Content text box
  4. If required enter a valid from and to date
  5. If this message is product specific, Click the Products tab and add the products using the Find Products by Name, Class Name box
  6. If this message is product group specific, Click the Groups tab and add the products using the Find Groups by Group name, Description box
  7. Click Save and close
