If you have an important message or notification you'd like to display to your customers during the booking process you may want to set up a Customer Notification similar to below.
From your Admin menu complete the following steps to add a Customer Notification to display at the top of the booking journey pages.
- Click Settings > Booking Pages > Customer Notifications
- Click + Add Customer Notification
- Enter the notification wording in the Message Content text box
- If required enter a valid from and to date
- If this message is product specific, Click the Products tab and add the products using the Find Products by Name, Class Name box
- If this message is product group specific, Click the Groups tab and add the products using the Find Groups by Group name, Description box
- Click Save and close
