Some payment gateways require additional configuration. Please follow the guide below to configure your payment gateway correctly.

How to Setup CardSave

  1. Go to Settings > Finances > Payment Settings. This section allows you to manage all your payment configurations.
  2. Click on "Add Payment Setting" to create a new configuration for your CardSave gateway.
  3. Provide an Internal Name and a Display Name. The Internal Name is for your reference and will not be visible to customers. The Display Name appears in the dropdown on the Billing Page, so ensure it’s clear and identifiable for users.
  4. Choose "CardSave" from the Payment Setting Type dropdown menu to specify which gateway you are configuring.
  5. Select "Test" for the Live Test option during initial configuration. This allows you to carry out tests without processing actual transactions.
  6. Check the box labelled "Is Default" to make this payment setting your primary option for processing payments.
  7. Click "Save" to apply the initial configurations.
  8. Review and check the relevant options for the types of cards your gateway is set to receive, ensuring you accept all the necessary payment methods for your customers.
  9. You can provide a Refund Policy, which will be displayed on the Billing Page.
  10. Enter the CardSave Gateway details:
10.1 Pre Shared Key: Your unique identifier provided by CardSave.
10.2 Merchant ID: Your identification number given upon registration with CardSave.
10.3 Password: The secure password associated with your CardSave account.
  11. Once you have entered all necessary details, click on "Save and Close" to complete the setup.

If you wish to add a MOTO (Mail Order/Telephone Order) gateway for Admin bookings, repeat steps 2 through 11. However, during the MOTO gateway setup, instead of checking "Is Default," make sure to tick the "MOTO" option instead. This distinction is crucial for correctly processing telephone or mail orders.
