Issues fixed -
- Fixed an issue where the status of an order was not changed when an outstanding balance is paid from the MyAccount
- Fixed an issue where an admin user was unable to remove content from the TinyMCE Window.
- Fixed issue with the Order Status changing to "Balance Outstanding" when total amount to pay is 0.000000001
- Fixed an issue with the JSONfeed getting the months parameter incorrect

- Added the ability to filter the Orders Screen by Order Date
- Added additional Location Filtering to the Customers screen so that only when viewing a customer, the Admin only see the orders which are for their location.
- Added event description to jsonfeed product availability
- Increased the AccountingCode field to 40 characters
