The Order section of the My Account allows the customer to be able to view any Orders they have made, either by themselves or via Admin Orders.
Within this section users are able to have the ability to view an order but also Cancel a booking they have made.
BookingLive is capable of setting parameters up so that under X amount of days, the order will no longer be able to be cancelled and instead the customer will have to contact an administrator to make any amendments.
My Orders
Being able to view all the orders made the user can select View or Cancel
Once a customer has selected the option to view they will then enter the order. Within this section customers can make any outstanding payments, change the date of the booking & change the attendee booked onto the event.
