Issues Fixed:
- Fixed additional problem with XPay Payment Gateway
- Fixed issue with Export cronjob not completing because it failed to send the notification email
- Fixed issue with ProductAvailability not allowing bookings up to midnight
- Fixed issue where a Product group booking creates too many duplicate participants
