Unless specified otherwise confirmation emails will have an .ics file attachment on them so customers can add their event into a calendar. If you would like to turn this off so no attachments are sent please follow these steps from the Admin menu:
- Click Settings > Notifications > Settings
- Untick Send .ics files with every booking
- Click Save
