Question: Why do we see auto generated emails within the system?
Answer: The Auto-Generated emails are created when you make a booking for a product that uses a participant booking form that does not have an Email field in it.
This is because the BookingLive system links customer data to an email address, so if there isn't one, then the system will auto generate one for it to link the data to a record.
You can merge the records for a person together by going to the Customers section, and then choosing either the Purchaser or Participant tabs, then clicking Actions > Merge Data.
