What is needed?

In order to allow someone to book onto an event, you need to have set up the following items in your BookingLive system:


Locations

Locations can be maintained by going to:

  • Admin Panel > Settings > Resources > Locations
  • Or: site.bookinglive.com/admin/location/

The minimum required to set up a Location is as follows:

  1. Name

  • Admin Panel > Settings > Resources
  • Or: site.bookinglive.com/admin/resources/

The minimum required to set up a Resource is as follows:

  1. Name
  2. Max Capacity
  3. Location

Booking Forms

Products can be maintained by going to:

  • Admin Panel > Settings > Booking Pages > Booking Forms
  • Or: site.bookinglive.com/admin/bookingpages

The minimum required to set up a Product is as follows

  1. Name
  2. Type
  3. Booking Fields
